Augustus Boateng is a technology enthusiast who is passionate about building quality software solutions that meets the needs of organizations and delivers high business value. Prior to joining XPRIZE, he worked as a senior full stack developer at a software consulting firm. He arrives at XPRIZE with considerable experience designing, developing and deploying data-driven cloud-based and on-premise applications utilizing various technologies.

Throughout his career he has helped startups and corporations bring ideas to life. He has designed and developed multi-tier architecture applications, SAAS applications, business automation systems, management applications, and ecommerce platforms. Augustus has made it a point to mentor junior developers and has helped college graduates prepare for technical interviews. 

In his leisure time, Gus enjoys working out, playing chess, and listening to audio books.
